New Zealand Delivery

Delivery

Shipping options are shown at checkout and will vary depending on the delivery address. All orders come with tracking which will automatically be emailed to you once the package is ready to ship. Please check your spam folders if you haven't received tracking information. We aim to dispatch our website orders within 4 to 7 days of your order being processed, however at busier times we may not be able to guarantee this. We ship our products with New Zealand Post. Unfortunately once your item is with NZ Post we have no control over how long it takes to reach you and take no responsibility for items that are delayed in transit due unforeseen circumstances, covid-19, weekends, public holidays and or the holiday season. Rural addresses will take an extra day.

International Delivery

Please note that we do not currently ship goods outside of New Zealand. But can quote you via email if you wish to make an enquiry. Just email us :)

Damage

If your item arrives damaged, you will need to notify us within 24 hrs.  Please provide photographs of the damage and also the damaged packaging as we require this to lodge a claim with them.  If you qualify, we will replace your defective item with an identical item at no cost to you.

Payment Options

On checkout you can either opt to pay by credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa), Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Shop Pay & Union Pay.) Transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped on the same, or next work day. (Excluding weekends.)
