Refund Policy

As our items are custom made for each customer to their specifications, we don't offer you a refund or exchange on these items.  Because of this, we ask that you ensure you double check all information that you provide on your order with us for accuracy as we will not be accountable for any mistakes entered at checkout.

We ensure we double check all orders prior to dispatch.  If for some reason your order has arrived and is not as you have entered at the time of checkout (font, colour or spelling) please reach out to us within 48 hours for a total refund or remake.  We will require that you take a photo of your order and packaging, along with your order number.

We don't offer refunds if:

• you have changed your mind
• you have found an error in your order following checkout
• or that you have damaged the item in your possession.

Please note that products may appear slightly different in person to what you see on your device and that is something out of our control.  Due to wood grain not being entirely uniform, natural variations occur and that is one of the reasons we love working with wood.  Acrylic colours can appear different from each screen to the next as well but we have tried to show then as best we can.

We have the right to change this policy at any time.
